Delete your Meddina account

You can permanently delete your customer or partner account here, or in the Android app under Privacy & help: Delete account (version 0.2.13 and later).

Deletion removes your login, profile, saved favourites and partner uploads. Partner listings are taken offline. Booking and payment records are kept without your account profile; payment providers may retain transaction records.

This cannot be undone. Deletion does not cancel a booking or issue a refund. Contact Meddina first if you have an upcoming booking or money owed.
