1. What the platform does
Meddina.online helps visitors explore restaurants, accommodation, wellness, experiences and property listings. It presents menus, photographs, videos and 360° previews, and lets visitors send enquiries to participating businesses. A displayed listing or menu does not itself confirm a booking or purchase.
2. Listings and preview content
Businesses are responsible for the descriptions, prices, availability, media and services they provide. Prices and details should be confirmed with the business before you commit. Listings marked as previews or demonstrations are examples and cannot be booked. Images and 360° previews may differ from the current appearance of a venue or dish.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a request sends an enquiry. The relevant business or Meddina will contact you about availability, the final price and any applicable conditions. A booking is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation. Any cancellation or refund terms must be presented before a paid booking is accepted; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Digital menus and allergies
Menu prices, ingredients and availability can change. Tell the restaurant about allergies or dietary needs and confirm ingredients and cross-contact risks directly with its staff before ordering. Automated menu answers and translations are guides and may contain errors.
5. Sponsored placements
Paid placements alongside menus or listings are labelled “Sponsored”. Selecting an advertisement takes you to its listing. A restaurant may receive a share of advertising revenue, but sponsorship does not change the price of its menu items.
6. Business accounts and media
Business partners must have permission to publish their text, images and videos, and must keep listings accurate. By uploading material, they permit Meddina.online to display it on the platform to promote their listing. We may remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. A separate commercial agreement is needed for advertising rates or revenue shares.
7. Accounts and availability
Keep your account credentials secure and use the platform lawfully. We may temporarily suspend access for security or maintenance. We do not guarantee that every feature or listing will always be available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms cover use of the website. Any purchase or booking should show the relevant provider, full price and specific conditions before payment.
